- 300 g de cenoura cozida em puré
- 6 ovos
- 300 g de açúcar
- 1 colher de sopa de farinha
- Raspa de 1 laranja

- Bata os ovos com o açúcar
- Junte o puré, a farinha e a raspa
- Deite num tabuleiro forrado
- Asse a 180 °C durante 25 minutos e enrole sobre papel polvilhado com açúcar
