- 500 g of minced meat
- 1 egg
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- Parsley to taste
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste

Method
- Mix the meat, egg, breadcrumbs, half the chopped onion, parsley and salt and shape into balls
- Brown in the olive oil and set aside
- Sauté the rest of the onion and the garlic, add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
